After a negative experience with with the cabinet company my contractor recommended this time i felt it appropriate to review Specialized Cabinets. The experience we had was AWESOME. Scott was professional, responsive, timely and follow up was unmatched in all of my experience with contractors. PERIOD!!! They did not one, but 2 kitchens and 3 baths for us in the past and we could not be happier...Our only regret is that our general contractor DIDN'T use them on the current remodel we are doing. Lesson learned...Dont try and reinvent the wheel...Stick with quality products and service and we received both from Scott and the crew at Specialized Cabinets.
Our experience with Scott was terrible. He told us to text him what we wanted, then he would follow up. When he didn't follow up and we did he said 'I don't know what you want'. We told him what we wanted and he said that even though we were leaving out one wall of upper cabinets it would still be the same price as if we were to have those cabinets.When we were trying to understand what he was saying he completely ignored our questions and wouldn't respond again. Checkout how he treats people on his facebook page when they write reviews with legitimate complaints.
